REDW supports a wide range of charities and causes in our communities. From sponsoring a United Way campaign, to assisting WESST’s efforts to alleviate poverty though entrepreneurship, to helping pave the way for new generations of Native Americans into the accounting field, we have always been heavily committed to nonprofit community outreach.

The principles of inclusion embodied in the CROWN Act align with our internal strategy of creating a workplace culture that is diverse and inclusive across all of our offices and workspaces. We believe in the importance of fostering a culture that is inclusive of team members whose hair is an expression of racial, ethnic, and cultural identity.
